Cancellation Policy

1. Scuba Classes
- Before any coursework begins (workbooks or e-learning): Full refund.
- After e-learning or classroom content starts: ⅔ tuition refund.
- After any pool session begins: ⅓ tuition refund.
- After any ocean dive begins: No tuition refund.
- Completion Window: You have up to one year from your original start date to finish. Additional make-up or rescheduling fees may apply.
2. Local Boat Charters
- 14+ days before departure: Full cash refund.
- 8–13 days before departure: 50% credit toward another SoCal Scuba Classes boat trip (valid for one year).
- 7 days or less before departure, or no-show: No refund or credit.
- If we cancel (weather, mechanical, etc.): Full refund or full credit (valid for one year).
3. Travel Trips
All travel trips are subject to the specific policies of third-party suppliers (resorts, dive operators, airlines). In general:
- 90+ days before departure: Deposit refunded, unless supplier’s policy states otherwise.
- Within 90 days of departure: May forfeit all payments, per supplier terms.
If a supplier enforces a non-refundable deposit, we must abide by that policy.
