ROOM POLICIES:

"RMD" = ROOM + MEALS + DIVING

NOT INCLUDED IN ALL "RMD" PACKS: All Beverages, Mexican Sales Tax, Environmental and Visitor Taxes, Airport Transfers and Gratuities to Divemasters, Waiters and Chambermaids.

TRIPLE ROOMS consist of two double beds and one couch.

IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO DIVE. ALL DIVERS MUST PRESENT A CERTIFICATION CARD AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. MINIMUM AGE FOR DIVE PACKAGES IS 12 YEARS OLD.

CHILDREN:

10 years and under can stay free in the same room with their parents. Children 10 years and under eat free. Meals will consist of child portioned meals and a child's menu. In order for children to ride on the boats, they must be a least 10 years old and have a supervisor to take care of them at all times while on board. Parents must pay snorkeler's rate for both ($30 + tax pp).

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 PM. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON.

CANCELLATIONS:

All date changes and cancellations must be received in writing 60 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. Any date changes or cancellations received 59-45 days a prior to arrival will have a charge of $50 per person. Any date changes and cancellations made less than 45 days prior to check-in date will have a $100 charge per person. No refunds for "NO SHOWS". LATE DATE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS must be received by SCC in Cozumel (phone: 52-987-872-1800 or 1822) between 9 AM - 4 PM one day before check-in date to avoid "NoShow" penalties. No refunds for date changes or cancellations received on the same day as check-in. No refunds for used portions of any package (diving, meals, hotel nights). Diving days and meals are not transferable. Please allow 30-45 days for refund process.

NO SHOWS are Non-Refundable.

A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL.

Must be valid for at least 6 months calculating from the day of departure and MUST be valid for at least 6 months after return date.

MEDICAL & TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe trip but we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in the event of unexpected changes in your travel plans. Also recommended are accident, evacuation & medical cover for Scuba Diving. In a Medical Emergency any evacuation and medical expenses are the financial responsibility of that diver. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Sportours Travel Services, and /or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents of the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service and do not assume any liability or monetary losses whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to persons or property due to an act of default by any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or persons rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by any act of God. Sportours Travel Services, dose not assume any liability or monetary losses for any damages due to delay, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tours and /or passenger. The payment for a reservation on the trip shall constitute consent to all provisions herein. The prices of these tours are based on prices in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. It is strongly recommended that all parties obtain travel insurance.
