Payments

Payments & Deposits can be made through the SCDiving Dive Shop or Sportours Travel Services.  Credit Card and PayPal transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.

$250.00 deposit per person required to reserve your resort room.  A portion of the deposit, $100 is non-refundable. (Due August 31, 2022)

$150.00 deposit per person required when to reserve your air travel seat. (Due August 31, 2022)

50% of trip/airfare balance due no later than March 15, 2023.

100% of trip/airfare balance due no later than May 8, 2023.

Cancellation Policy & Other Information

• Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond departure date
• More than 90 days from trip date, incurs no penalty outside the Non-refundable $100 USD per spot paid.
• 90 Days to 46 days prior to arrival incurs 50% penalty per paid spot.
• 45 Days or less prior to arrival incurs 100% penalty per paid spot.
• Resort checkout bill paid with credit card subject to 3.5% fee
• Unused portions of pre-paid packages are forfeited
• Cash only when contributing to staff Christmas fund (Tips)
