Please note that all travelers entering and exiting Honduras are required to complete a customs declaration form. Only one form per family is needed. We recommend completing this form digitally and using the dropdown menu to select either English or Spanish to facilitate your process. However, if you are unable to complete the form digitally, please contact your airline, as they may be able to provide you with a paper form. Ensure you have this form ready to avoid any delays during your travel.

INM 001-24 PRESS RELEASE
The National Institute of Migration (INM) informs the national and international community that on the instruction of President Xlomara Castro:
1. As of December 12, 2023, pre-screening for national and foreign users is no longer a mandatory requirement to leave or enter Honduras.
2. The main purpose of this provision is to speed up the process of obtaining a transfer at the various border points of the country and to facilitate the procedure for the transfer of users via air, land, or sea.
3. The immigration pre-check will only be a mandatory requirement for Nicaraguan citizens, who must carry it out seven (7) days before the scheduled date of departure to Honduras, by entering the platform: prechequeo.inm.gob.hn
4. The INM will maintain the necessary controls, security verifications, and protocols to guarantee the protection of the users entering and leaving the country.
Deposits & Payments:
- $200 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking.
- Final payment due 60 days before arrival date.
- Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.
Holiday Travel Dates:
- $300 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking, for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year.
- Final payment due 90 days before arrival date.

- $200 USD per person deposit due within 7 days of booking.
- Final payment due 90 days before arrival date.
- Reservations made within 90 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.
2025 – 2026 Group Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within:
- 90 + Days Before Arrival: No penalty.
- 60 – 89 Days Before Arrival: $100 USD penalty per person.
- 46 – 59 Days Before Arrival: $200 USD penalty per person.
- 8 – 29 Days Before Arrival: No refund provided; a future credit, minus non-refundable deposit, per person will be issued, valid for one year from the original travel date (subject to rate changes).
- 30 – 45 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the total reservation cost.
- 7 Days or Less Before Arrival & No-Shows: No refund or credit.
- Exceptions: No refunds for cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.
- Unused services of the package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children Reservation Policies:
- Children 5 years old and below are free-of-charge, sharing a room with an adult; meals are also free-of-charge.
- Children rates apply to children 6 to 9 years old, sharing a room with an adult.
- Children 10 years and older are considered an adult.
- Dolphin Scuba Summer Camp is offered each year during the months of June, July, and August and is available for children ages 6 to 12.

- A copy of the child’s passport will be required.

A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL.
Must be valid for at least 6 months calculating from the day of departure and MUST be valid for at least 6 months after return date.
MEDICAL & TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe trip but we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in the event of unexpected changes in your travel plans. Also recommended are accident, evacuation & medical cover for Scuba Diving. In a Medical Emergency any evacuation and medical expenses are the financial responsibility of that diver. SCDiving Dive Shop, and /or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents of the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service and do not assume any liability or monetary losses whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to persons or property due to an act of default by any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or persons rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by any act of God. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tours and /or passenger. Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a Deposit Required?
Due to limited rooms available, your deposit will secure your room reservation with the hotel. 100% Refund will be given if cancelled no less than 91 days prior to arrival date.
Is Dive Gear Provided?
SCDiving recommends that you travel with your own dive gear, however, you can rent gear from the Anthony's Key dive shop at the hotel for an additional fee.
How does the meal plan work?
Our package includes 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) open times are listed at the hotel.
Can I upgrade my room type?
Possibly, after you have submitted your deposit, you can contact our Travel Specialist to upgrade your room. There maybe an additional cost for an upgraded rooms. This is dependent on the Hotel and subject to approval.

How far is the town from the hotel?
The main town is a short drive from the hotel. The resort is close to West End, known for its nightlife, restaurants, and shops, and West Bay, a popular beach destination.
Do I have to go on all the dives?
There is no requirement to attend all dives. However, there is no discount or refunds for missing dives.
What is the water temp?
The water temp in June is above 80. Divers will dive in either swim attire, skin suits, shorty or 3mm wetsuits.
What PADI Classes are available this trip?
